Oil paint technique on wooden board, silver polychrome.

Ewa’s portrait in its character refers to Pop Art illustrations from the last century. I put silver polychrome on the stained board. I weakened the silver’s gloss by applying gilding (bituminous) wax to the image. A simple floral motif, referring to the decoration of fabrics from the 70s of the 20th century, and the use of pastel colours, made the model less realistic.
